About the role
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and lead generation within the e-commerce or IT industry. You will play a pivotal role in identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, driving client engagement, and supporting the sales cycle end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate organic leads through online platforms, social media, and web-based tools to drive new business opportunities.
- Build the database, pure out-reach method. If require prepare the presentations
- Organize and maintain prospect data within the CRM system with regular and structured lead submissions.
- Conduct cold-email and social media marketing campaigns targeted at e-commerce merchants and businesses.
- Engage with prospective clients, manage relationships, and handle sales-related communications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align new prospects, ensuring timely and strategic follow-ups.
- Assist in refining sales documentation and coordinate candidate follow-ups effectively.
- Liaise with departments including Pre-sales, Development, QA, and Marketing to stay informed on project updates and service extensions.
- Support the sales team in advancing the sales funnel and closing deals.
- • Strategize, plan and execute in alignment to get the defined KPI’s.
Good To have - Technical Skills & Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the e-commerce or IT domain.
- Proficiency in lead generation tools and the ability to identify qualified leads based on target customer personas (ICP).
- Strong understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem and technology solutions.
- Competency in using MS Office tools and advanced Google search techniques.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage data, workflows, and communications efficiently.
- Proactive learner with the ability to adapt quickly to new processes and tools.
